Luke Sale commenced his career as a social worker, but soon determined his real passion was education and, in particular, student wellbeing. Now with more than twenty years of primary classroom teaching, and experience in a number of leadership roles, such as Junior School Wellbeing Co-ordinator and Stage Co-ordinator, he was appointed to the role of Head of Junior School at Marsden Park in 2022. He wants to see students in the Junior School grow and be challenged and seeks to focus on nurturing the whole child.
